Help Needed to create a POC for Remote Blood sugar monitoring

Hi,

I am trying to create in IOT Proof of concept where we are trying to pull the data from a remote Blood sugar monitor device and push that information to on of the server. This all should be automated and it should trigger an alarm on specific conditions.

Can anyone guide me what boards and sensors can I use for building this POC and also guide me in building the code for that.(If we do not have real Blood sugar monitor device, which device can i use to simulate )

With lack of any project details, you probably need to get some arduinos or megas like below and start doing some testing and learning.

Hi zoomkat,

I have bought Arduino Yun board. I am very new to Arduino and need some direction on starting for the project mentioned above.

Would be helpful if you can guide or throw some pointers.
