Help with atmega1280

hey i cant attach here the scheme becuase im a new user
but i have a problem and im getting this error:

and i burn the bootloader and when im trying uploading code using the usb i keep getting this error
so if someone can and want i can send the scheme in the mail

Export your schematic to an image file (e.g. jpg). Next drag and drop the image file in a reply here.

It should work for new users. Attaching will not work till you reach the basic user level.

Meanwhile I noticed that I forgot a capacitor between the DTR(ch340c) to the reset(atmega1280)
This could be the problem?

Yes. The DTR pin is used to cause the MEGA chip to reset and thereby enter the bootloader. Add the capacitor and see if it works.
