Help with designing a noise reduction filter/circuit for piezo sensor

Hey guys,

I need some help with designing a filter/circuit to reduce 'noise' spikes received from MEAS piezo sensor.

The thing is when I touch the positive pin of the sensor with my fingers - output its superb! But, when I leave it as it is, the data spikes are annoying to deal with later on (included pictures).

So, the goal is to achieve values without these up's and down's, you know what I mean.

Please suggest me, what should i look for, what to do with it, etc. Im not as good as you in these things.

Cheers,

Those low-res pictures are useless. e.g. can't see the scale.

You shouldn't touch wires (except ground), because that introduces hum/hash.

Post a picture of the setup.
What value is the load resistor.
How long are the connection wires.
What are you sensing. Dynamic or static forces.
