Help with GPS tracker

I am noob , and i ordered GPS tracker but willing to create a GPS Tracking System with arduino, could anyone help me

Start at the begining.

Describe the actual project, what you want to do with it, what its for, where you will use it, the parts you want to use etc ..............

Also say what you level of experience with electronics, Arduinos and GPSs is.

What do you want to track? Tracking the location of your airplane would be a little different than tracking the location of a hexapod.
