Help with this RFID door lock

I have a door lock that I have been working on where the correct rfid tag causes the relay circuit to activate which would open the solenoid. However even when the correct card is scanned and LED 1 lights up on the relay to indicate it is active the solenoid will not retract. I have attached photos below. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Maybe your solenoid needs:

  • higher voltage
  • higher current

Check similar on Internet and adjust your approach:
RFID door lock +" Arduino" + "SOLENOID" at DuckDuckGo

Schematics please. Don't make coloured Fritzing bird nests.

Is there any code involved?

Hi,
the source that feeds the solenoid has the correct voltage for the solenoid and is capable of supplying the current demanded by the solenoid.
Enter your source and solenoid data.

... it is a wonder anyone would wish to use this site. So many "demands" from members.

  • read the rules,
  • show code,
  • show all of the code,
  • show minimal working example,
  • format that code,
  • show schematic,
  • Friting is not adequate for schematic/hookup ...

I appreciate that full code, proper schematics, and articulate user all enhance the "forum experience" but comparing Friting to colorful birdnests may not be interpreted by a newbie as funny... which is how I took the remark.

New users are already frustrated, no need to sticking 'em with the HV probe and twisting it.
