Can you please guide me in how to do what is been done in this video? (Only the 180 degrees turns) I do not need the second part where it stops together with another motor.

To get the speed from a stepper you need a proper driver and drive the motor with the higest voltage allowed by the driver and no (or as little microstepping as possible).
Also the driving software will need to incorporate acceleration. No stepper can go from a stop to those high speeds. There are a number of libraries that include acceleration.
