I happen to have some ATtiny28 chips that I want to program.
My STK-500 doesn't seem to be working, so I put together this.
(avrdude doesn't seem very happy about an ATtiny28, either. So it runs its own user-oriented commands set. Programming speed isn't an issue; it's only got 2k (although it seems plenty quick.)
