and also push button as a toggle and how can i disable potentiometer control after the button is pressed and also to keep the same current flow which was decided by potentiometer before pressing button

I'm pretty sure the compiler is smart enough to do that particular optimisation for me, so I'll stick with "divide by 4"

This statement does nothing. Do you want to toggle the value of changeStop? Then you'll need something like changeStop = !changeStop instead.
