How can I enter DFU mode on arduino uno mini？ I tried many times to connect pin GND to pin RESET like below shows, but all failed(still showing “Arduino Uno Mini (COM5)” on the device manager).

Device Firmware Upload, AFAIK. Basically, firmware upload via USB.
Do not need to enter DFU mode first?
On many machines, DFU is not native firmware. You have to flash a DFU bootloader to the MCU first. I'm not familiar with this board so I don't know which processor it uses.
the ICSP headers are on the bottom side in form of contact dots. that for the 16u2 is between USB connector fixation point
