I have dc gearmotors with encoder. Motor voltage 12V, Stall Current 5A. Can I drive these motor with arduino? Which motor controller and driver should I use?

Pololu has a line of DC motor drivers.

Hi,
Yes you can, but you need to use power supply compatible with the summed consumption of the engines.
You will also need drivers that support currents greater than those specified by the motor manufacturer.

You will need a 12V motor power supply capable of delivering >20 Amperes.
