How many UNO header pin layout controllers/shields are there that are not basic UNO/Mega function

Hi,
I get various email tech bulletins, I am finding that the UNO header pin layout is starting to become used in many starter/experimental/developer shields.

For example;

Anyone noticing the same thing?

Atmel/Microchip provides the UNO header layout on their "Xplained Mini" dev board line, and the same with the STMicroelectronics "Nucleo" dev board line.
