As usual finding premade modules that work with 3.3V is always a problem. The optocoupler module you show may or may not work, you need to buy one and try.
Same for a relay module, you need to find one that will work wih a 3.3V signal.
Or you can build your own.
Had to look this up
DALI = Digital Addressable Lighting Interface.
So what do you want to do?
You can look at this part: ISOM8110DFSRQ1 by Ti. Access to this page has been denied. There is the PC817 that would work.
This would be some good reading for you: Optocoupler Tutorial for Beginners
You can get a module like this:
But I personally would not trust it for long life at the currents you are looking at. I would expect the contacts to oxidize and fail. It only has a 30V DC rating.
I want to try with Solid state relay or with optocoupler for test.
Yes i tried it with mechanical relay but i can not trust it for long time as you said
I dont look to DALI i want to interface with CCI
Most SSR only work with AC.
As I said the opto you show may or may not work.
An 817D will
