How to power the Arduino nano 33 ble sense by battery

We are trying to power the Arduino nano 33 ble sense by 3.7V or 5V battery, but we have faced some problems. We want to use charging type battery and its size should be smaller then the Arduino nano 33 ble sense. We tried;

  1. Power it by 5V battery through the USB pot
  2. Power it by 3.7V battery through the pin or USB pot

But we don’t know at all what type of the battery is best for this, and how to connect the battery with the Arduino. Please notice us the way to power up successfully.

Easiest way is 5V power bank to usb, be aware that some of them have low current switch off and don't work in this case.
You can't power directly from 3.7V battery neither way. You need voltage converter and battery management circuits.
