How to program ESP32 board without USB

I bought a board on Amazon (Tsadeer AC 220 V/DC 5-30 V power supply ESP32 WiFi Bluetooth module relay to ESP32-WROOM development board 1/O door) that comes without documentation of any kind and I can't find anything on the internet on how to program or use this board. Can somebody help me?

"Burning Interface" looks like UART. Get a multimeter and check where the pads go on the ESP, You will need a USB-UART adapter (3.3V) to do the programmin.
