I am trying to send a sms to multiple mobile nos using Arduino and SIM900A. Code works for one mobile number perfectly and send sms fine. When I add multiple numbers, sms does not send sometimes. What could be the reason and how to avoid it.

You can add a delay of a few seconds (e.g., delay(5000); ) after sending each SMS.

How are you doing that?
Does the SIM900 support sending to multiple numbers?

You can add a delay
Don't rely on delays!
Questions that come up related to SIM 800/900 modules often use single Serial.println("AT_COMMAND_EXAMPLE"); lines for AT command execution, usually delays inserted between them and not checking the response for each command at all!
As different commands execution time can vary greatly and each response from the module contains valuable information, this is far from reliable communication with such modules. Furthermore one particular command can take very different times, for example establishi…
