How to use RTC (Real Time Clock) on Arduino Opta

Hello. I would be very grateful is anyone has any idea how to access the RTC within Arduino Opta.
I would like to do this in the Sketch if possible please.

I’ve found sysTimer variable in Plc so I’m guessing this is time in milliseconds.

How do I set it?
Are there any library’s?
