This is a forum where things are shared, so we all can learn something.
The 10k thermistor (temperature) can be read with any Arduino.
There are many 10k thermistor examples on this site and on the net.
The RH sensor has a voltage output with limited voltage range.
That one might need an ADS1115 breakout board with the Arduino.

We need a link to your sensor and what you aim to control in response to the sensor.
What is the application?
I think you will find the sensor produces a relative humidity and a temperature signal, the controller will have to calculate the dew point temperature.
Can you please tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?
