Signature 0x000000 to my knowledge means a bad connection.

Please provide details as to which programmer you're using, the target board and the wiring.

Sketch uses 924 bytes (3%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes.
Global variables use 9 bytes (0%) of dynamic memory, leaving 2039 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.

i am using a cheap pl2303 usb ttl converter i have soldered a 100nf capacitor at the dtr_n pin of that pl2303 ic and conncted all correctly

The first question is if COM5 is the PL2303? Does it disappear from the IDE if you disconnect it.
The second question would be what Windows device manager thinks of your PL2303?
