I don't see IP address ESP32 [SOLVED]

I have esp32 dev kit v1
I am following tutorials ESP32 Web server in Arduino IDE - Contol GPIOs and LEDs

I don't know why I don't get IP address on serial monitor

Try resetting the ESP32 with the Serial monitor open after the code has been uploaded

Thanks for responding I have done that but No luck

Do you see anything on the Serial monitor after the reset ?

write a function that prints out the status instead of just

"Trying to connect to Wifi Network""

This will give hints what is going on

const int GPIO_PIN_NUMBER_22 = 22; This is pointless and verbose.
Name the pin after its function.
e.g.const int shapedChargeDetonator = 22;

There are already a set of ESP32 built in pin constants.
