i am searching for cheap but quality LED-illuminated 5V AC pushbuttons (12-20mm), like this:
Don`t want to pay 10€ (Europe) for one single button. 
Any ideas?

You said "like this", not "this exact button".
Try a different search term. I'm sure they'll be on there somewhere.
If you want the EXACT thing, and won't settle for "close-enough" or "look-alikes", then you'd have to pay their price.
Switches (and related hardware), at least the good ones (and not the China crap), have always been expensive. Sometimes they cost more than the electronics they'll be switching inside the box. The only way to get them "cheap" is buy in bulk, 100 or more of them.
I know for hobbyists, buying 100 of them is not an option. But that's the reality of this business.

You also don't say if they're latching, non-latching, the exact size...anything.
