Hi, tehre are many Remote Controls. But Mostly I can´t find any manual. Do the standard remote controls use the same serial protocol?

They do NOT use serial protocol at all.
There are several different protocols that are used. Ken Sherriff's IR library handles the most common ones, and provides the raw data for the others.
A picture of a remote is useless for answering your questions. Since they sell that device with an IR receiver, and mention Arduino, one could assume that the device will work with an Arduino. I can't read any of the links that are in the ad. Since you posted that particular ad, I assume that means that you can read that language. So, you should follow the links to get answers.
