- "MB102 Solderless Breadboard Power" connected on computer via barrel jack to usb same computer
- Arduino uno connected via usb port same computer
is A fine or safe at all or should i do the alternative
A - current set up
B - alternative

Cell phone chargers are 5V; why would you connect that to a breadboard power supply? And in general the barrels need more than 5V (7V) because there is a voltage drop over the regulator on them.
Is one of those like the power supply that you're talking about?
It's perfectly safe but you'll need a common ground (so the common data has a common reference).
It looks OK to me, I cannot follow what the arrows are. The most important thing is to be sure the grounds are connected.
yes I have those power supply module mb102.. thank you for pointing that out i will use better power adaptor.
by common ground i assume you mean grounding the ground pin near PWM or near the analog pin? to the negative of mb102 module
Personally I would opt for B alternative.
Keeping your PC isolated from any external source would to me, be a sensible measure.
The breadboard may be used for almost anything you can imagine and although care is often taken, shorts can happen
Each ground should go to the largest power source, not the arduino ground terminals. When using those power supplies I like to still connect the grounds together on the opposite of the plug board.
