Is it possible to program Arduino through Host Shield?

I have an Arduino Pro Micro connected to a Host shield USB.
I need to use the Host Shield's USB to upload code in the Arduino. Is it possible? How can I do this?

While I have nop idea, what happens if you plug in a USB cable and do an upload in the IDE?

No. The bootloader on the Pro Micro expects data on the Pro Micro's USB port.
