Is there a Nano version of Mega 2560 R3 with Bluetooth?

Likely just some minor adjustment was needed.

I haven’t tried it with multiple slaves.

HC-05 and HC-06 are classic bluetooth. HC-05 can act as master or slave. HC-06 acts only as slave.

AT-09, HC-09, HM-10 are already BLE modules.

Depends on what you’re planning to do…

Almost all these modules are built in China. So, there are really no major brands. The dealer is more important. You should buy it from a reputable dealer or you have a good chance to receive weirdo modules.

Thanks. Do you know reputable dealer perhaps on Amazon?

Time to learn about ways to avoid needing lots of I/O!

  • Matrices
  • Spotting opportunities to use pins for multiple uses in the same circuit
  • i2c & SPI I/O expanders

I’m sorry, I’m afraid I don’t. I’ve been buying my stuff from local stores even when the price is a little bit higher.

I consider alice1101983/TxHang to be reputable on eBay and others here on the Arduino forum have mentioned them as well. https://www.ebay.com/str/txhangelectronic

When buying an HC-05 module I recommend looking for these features:

  • Has state pin on header.
  • Has button to put in programming mode during power up.
  • Has visible 3.3V regulator on board.

I have had the best luck with those. There are other boards with HC-05 that are missing the button or regulator or have some components on the back side of the board and that may have other pins broken out to the header which are less useful.
