I have a project I want to show (here) because it isn't working the way I want it too. Is there an online tool which will let me "build" a virtual breadboard?
There is "Fritzing", but most gurus here don't like it.
It might be better to just upload a picture and a hand-drawn diagram.

I wouldn't have even mentioned "F@#$%ing". 
A clear photo + schematic is much better.
123d circuits looks pretty cool. I haven't used the breadboard or schematic parts of the tool - I've just played around with the simulator. It's free - give it a try and let us all know what you think, post some schematics that it generates, etc.
