Welcome to the forum. Did you read the forum introductory guide about how to post information? What you posted is a lot of words that force people to try to visualize what you are doing. Please post diagrams and/or images, as you may have heard, one is worth 1000 words.
Can I safely assume, with a project of this complexity, you already have those on hand?
