LCD 30 pin to ESP or/and FPV OSD

The attached image is a 30 pin LCD display
My aim is to hack the 30 pin output so the original still displays and “send” the display to a remote unit via PIP or OSD.
Is this possible?
My original thought was reverse I2C (30 pin in 2 out)

This is my first Arduino project in a number of years and the old brain cells are struggling

Any help advise would be greatly appreciated

The only information for the LCD is its 30 pin, searching all. Markings comes up with information.
