LED instead of TFT text =CLOSED=

Hey guys,

Now let me start by saying that this may be my fault for using the arduino uno code instead of searching for the Esplora code, but I'm trying to print text out on the arduino esplora tft screen, but when I use the code given by the website (again for the Uno,) it makes my LED blind me with a light blue light instead.

So instead of asking for the problem, since I think I already know, I'm asking for a code to print text on the Esplora TFT since I couldn't find it.

I don't wan't anything special. Just something that says "Score=(variable score) for like a second and disappears.

My Esplora does not have a TFT, nor does the current model on the Products page, so I have no idea what you are talking about.
