looking for a sketch/program for motion platform

Hello All. I am new to the arduino world. I purchased a Arduino UNO and a Motor Shield Board (can run up to 4 motors) and I am trying to figure out how to connect two motors (for my motion platform) YAW and PITCH. Is there a sketch already written somewhere that I could use for this? I am not sure if I need to purchase separate motor control boards (for higher amperage) or if the motor shield board I have will work.

I have the same issue, did you find any resolution? What Motor Shield are you using?

Presumably you have some position feedback - or is this stepper-motor driven?

Perhaps it would be easier to use servos to move the platform - especially if the range of movement is less than 180 degrees.
