LoRa e32 900T20D and Arduino Mega 2560 TTL Communication

Hi . This is my first post , at the moment I try to use LoRa e32 900T20D with Arduino Mega 2560 on TTL communication . I have 3 questions.

  1. is the scheme below correct ?

  2. --- Can Rx pin of Arduino read 3.3v from e32 on TTL communication ? ---

  3. Can I trust the project on this site?

No - your voltage dividers are wrong. I stopped there.
