Mega 2560 Schematic power Switch wrong?

Hello,

i have watched in the Schematic from the mega 2560.
LINK-Shematic

I have take a Screenshot from the Schematic in the attachment from the FDN340P an the direction of the diode "diode_FDN340P.jpg"

If i look in the datasheet from FDN340P the diode comes from the otherside.

Can somebody explain me this behavior?

The body diode direction is the same in both cases, just one is mirror of the second.

I have watched a second time and u're right... its mirror.

But if i understand it right the FDN340 shout stop so voltage from USB if extern Voltage is Connectet.
If i Look at the FDN340 the Voltage fromUSB would be flow ober the Diode to the extern 5V Voltage if it lower then USB Voltage.

Or is it wrong?

There is voltage drop on diode (~0.7V) so the current will not flow from USB under normal conditions.
