I have a Mega 2560 Funduino which is a cheap Arduino knock off on ebay . I am trying to upload a sketch to it. The sketch rarely will fully upload. Typically it only gets 9 10ths of the way and freezes.

It could be anything with those cheap Chinese clones.
You might need to upload the bootloader.
I deleted the previous Arduino download and re-installed the software. Works great now.
