MKR 1300 error with apple silicon m1 pro

hi! recenlty i buy a mkr wan 1300 board. I have a macbook pro m1 pro and when i conect the board to the usb, the ide don't recognize the serial port and the board. I'm using the ARM64 IDE.
I tried with 3 different usb cables and install the CH340-341 drivers. Then i installed the FTDI driver, but nothing change. Somebody could solve this? I forgot to mention that i try in a windows machine and the same happened.

Is necesary connect the batteries to the board too or just with the usb cable is enough?

Thanks for your help and time.

I solved the problem doing this:

  • Buying a otg cable that support charge and sync.
  • Connecting directly to the usb type c with an otg adapter. I was connecting the arduino board with an usb hub.

best regards.
