Someone help I can't troubleshoot my arduino 
I can't either because you have said nothing about what components you have connected to the Arduino, how they are connected, how everything is powered or about what it does or doesn't do.
And you are posting in the wrong forum, this is a problem with your project NOT with the Arduino. You also haven't read "How to use this forum - please read" at the top of this and every other forum or you would have posted your code correctly not as a picture of a screen.
