It can be a manufacturing defect. as it has default program of blinking light which is working fine. and also port showing in IDE but only issues with uploading of the program. one of the Ans given by the chat gpt is that using the jumper wire for TX 1 and RX 0 , type in serial monitor and see the reply is echoiest but its only showing what i typed once not twice which is expected means one i had typed and another one is reply from the Arduino.
