Hi,
Is it possible to use an arduino Nano which has push button switches attached to run keyboard shortcuts in excel?
I have some shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+P and Ctrl+E)
I would like these to be on a separate device to the standard keyboard (the arduino) which has 3 or 4 buttons which would do specifically these shortcuts?
If there are any useful articles or advice which would benefit me with this that would be greatly appreciated.
It is also possible to do it with the Nano 33 BLE and Nano RP2040 Connect, but these use a different library for the keyboard emulation which is not well documented so I would recommend using the Nano 33 IoT instead unless there are other properties of the Nano 33 BLE or Nano RP2040 Connect that attract you.
Not a Nano, but the Arduino Micro and Pro Micro have a similar form factor and are both excellent choices for HID-capable boards.
