Need help in ground station to rocket model communication

Thank you all for the help, I have been trying to research more about this system and I'm now convinced that separating the video and telemetry transmission is a more reliable way to approach the subject. I've been checking the different models of analog and digital VTX and VRX available in the market. Do you have any recommendation between the selection of digital and analog VTX for our case? I'm finding much more affordable options in analog, and the resolution that can be transmitted and the range are acceptable, however is there any thing I'm overlooking in the digital VTX? Also I've found this following model

It has a very good price, and should be able to provide the requirement that we need. As I understand in Europe the limitation for transmission power at 5.8 Ghz is 25 mW, I will check if we can get approval for higher power transmission, is there something else to take under advisement.
Even though this is not my field, I'm finding this subject really interesting, thank you all for guiding me through it.

Appreciate that transmitting at 'high' powers from altitude can wipe out a channel over a very large area.

At ground level, in say a security camera type application the signal might only have a coverage of 100m or much less, put the transmitter in a rocket at 1km and you could cause 'interferance' over a whole city.

Be sure to get analog and a pair of circular polarized antennas - that will enhance reception radius quite a lot. I won't comment on the EU regulations - otherwise I'd most likely get banned :ghost:
