I doubt very much that such a small antenna has 6dBi of gain, maybe they meant -6dBi ?
There is nothing special about an antenna for LoRa, just use a bit of wire of 1/4 wavelength at the frequncy of choice.

Of course not !
Most all radio modules (including LoRa) expect an antenna tuned to the appropriate frequency, get this wrong and you can destroy the transmitter part of the module.
A suitable antenna was described in post #23. You will find lots of adverts for 433Mhx antennas.

Receiver only antennas could be different, but its real bad to arrange it that way as sooner or later you will want to use a receiver only antennas for transmiting.
As for 'ANY' antenna on the transmitter that depends. High gain antennas, that provide more distance\range are very often illegal, it depends on the regulations in your part of the world.
