When I am connecting button and I press it. My wheel Center messes up and rotary encoder isn’t working for a while. What can I do?

Oh and sometimes encoder moves center on its own too but just a tiny little bit. But when I attached button and press it the encoder input just stops for a few seconds.

Start by following the advice given by @Railroader by posting the annotated schematic with links to each of the hardware items giving us technical information. Hint: remove the Delay(X); statements from your code as they are blocking.
