I think the link provided by @steve9 is reasonable to provide some additional context for the creation of the category, but from here on I will request that any further replies on this topic be restricted to the specific subject of the new forum category.

Discussion about the acquisition of the Arduino company by Qualcomm is welcome in the dedicated topic I linked above.

I see the subject matter of that topic includes the UNO Q board, so you are also welcome to discuss the board there, as is appropriate within the context of the primary subject matter of the acquisition. For discussion of other UNO Q-related subjects, you can create a new topic in the UNO Family > UNO Q category.
