New NodeMCU 3V serial monitor doesn´t work

Hi,

I programmed a nodemcu V3 8 years ago.
This device is in Wifi via UDP and has communication via the serial console.
When I connect it to Arduino serial monitor, it works fine.

Now I flashed another nodemcu V3 with the SAME code!
On this device, serial monitor connection doesn´t work??

... Connection to 'NordeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module) on COM3...
after a while, open failed...
But this device also works fine in Wifi UDP... only serial connection is not possible?!

So what do I wrong?
