New to Arduino - Guidence required of project feasibility - Torque Transducers

Good Afternoon,

I'm extremely new to Arduino and would be greatful of any help someone would be able to provide me with a project I would like to complete.

I am currently in possesion of two torque transducers which readout in mv/V. I am looking to create a portable device which would read from these transducers and output to a LCD display, ideally with a 'Zero, Peak & Reset' function.

Is this something that could be easily achived using Arduino?

Great. Please don't tell us any more about them, and certainly don't post a link. That would be too helpful.
