The programs I tested don't work with my reader (reader not detected).

I cannot recognize the NFC reader. I think you'd better get known NFC reader for which there are already arduino library and tutorials.

From September 30, 2025, access to Imgur from the United Kingdom is no longer available. UK users will not be able to log in, view content, or upload images. Imgur content embedded on third-party sites will not display for UK users.

However looking at the photo posted by xfpd, your NFC card reader appears to have a USB Type - C connector. This is meant to be connected to a USB port on a PC.
The software that you link to is in the form of an .exe file, and is intended for use with a Windows PC.
The NFC card reader that you have is intended to be connected directly to a Windows PC, and cannot (easily) be used with an Arduino.
I think that you need to get a different card reader if you need to connect it to an Arduino.
