Nightly build wants to update

I upgraded to 2.0.3 yesterday and observed an issue (that's for another topic). So I installed the nightly build arduino-ide_nightly-20221206_Windows_64bit this morning.

I run the nightly build and it tells me that an upgrade is available; does not make sense

I suggest a different numbering scheme for nightly builds, e.g. 99992.0.3; chances that we ever get to an official version 9999 are extremely slim

One can also observe the issue mentioned in the beginning of this topic although it is slightly different. There are two code tabs with the same name.

Hi @sterretje. The problem is the person who made the 2.0.3 release didn't properly follow the release procedure. They are supposed to bump the version to 2.0.4 immediately after the release in order to avoid this problem (arduino/arduino-ide#1440, but they didn't do that so the next nightly build went out with the wrong version.

The problem has since been resolved, so the problem will not occur when using any of the upcoming nightly builds.
