I just bought a LilyPad and an XBeeShield. I'm in trouble because I still don't understand how to connect the together.

Does anyone know how to connect them together ? There are 4 signals : PWR(5V), GND, TX and RX.
I see where they start from the LilyPad (the 4 pins on the top), but I don't know where to plug them in the XbeeShield.

PS : According to the XBeeShield schematic, what J1, JP4, JP5 and JP6 stand for ??
