Hello hardware hackers!
I've been working on some projects to help get new people interested in hardware, mostly centered around video games and the Arudboy platform.
I just released the first version of a converter I've been writing to translate games written in the block-coding language Scratch into Arduino C++ code.
Here is the post I made on the Arduboy forums -
The games are easiest to upload to an official Arduboy, but they can also can be run on a Leonardo, Arduino Micro, or 3rd party clone Pro Micro. I made a video about how that process works a few years ago.
I am also looking for people that might like to join me in my efforts to bring new electronics tinkerers into our communities. I have been running a class showing people how to wire together their own Arudboy consoles powered by arduino boards. If this is something that sounds interesting to you I'm currently trying to find other people to try out my teaching materials to run their own sessions.
