I am working thru the initial tutorial for the Opta PLC. For some reason when the 24 V power supply is connected, my computer does not recognize the USB-C COM port connection. However, as soon as I disconnect the 24 V supply the computer sees the USB-C COM connection. Is this expected behavior?
