OPTA Lite No Longer Allowing LD Downloads

During the past two weeks I've been working with the OPTA Lite (AFX00003), adding a simple four rung Ladder Diagram, and testing it, no Arduino Sketch is involved. I am using the ArduinoPLC IDE on a Win10 PC connected via USB. After hundreds of successful Connections, and Downloads of the LD, it suddenly quit accepting downloads.

My LD uses all four Outputs, and six of the Digital Inputs. I have the LD breadboarded with a two momentary switches, and four slider switches. Input power is 18VDC, the Output relays are also operating at 18VDC. I have an LEDs attached to each of the four relays to signal activation.

Now, when I Connect, the IDE Shows "DIFF. CODE CONNECTION". When I try to Download the LD, I get the "Cold restart required" dialog. YESing that brings up error "GetCRCFromTarget error reading par: 12293". It then goes into the download phase, sending "Download done", ... eventually, "New upload port: COM10". The Reset LED then starts flashing RED.

I have tried all the usual things - exit/open IDE, Reset Target, Restart PC, Re-partition memory... One thing, when I reset the OPTA, the LD is still working - all LEDs, all Relays work. Just can't Download a revised LD.

What else can I try? Did the OPTA hardware fail?

Thanks!

might be worth checking these posts to see if they're related

Yes, I had seen both topics. No suitable solution offered for my situation. I contacted Finder Support, they quickly answered back that these PLCs are not supported by them, they are supported by Arduino. They suggested I post here. Is this the best way to get Arduino support?

If you don't come right on the forum, you can use https://www.arduino.cc/en/contact-us to contact Arduino directly.
