Hi every body i want to isolate arduino from the H-BRIDGE to seperate the grounds
is that scheme ok?

Probably not. Most optocouplers require two resistors, as shown below (ignore the LED and R2 resistor).

Please don't bother with Fritzing. A hand drawn, clearly labeled wiring diagram is much better.

Hard to tell without a schematic, and how you intend to configure all of those option jumpers.
