Packages/zephyr/tools/arm-zephyr-eabi/0.16.8/bin/arm-zephyr-eabi-g++: no such file or directory

I have just installed IDE arduino 2.3.7 and connected my new arduino Q board, installed zephyr boards for arduino Q and I can not compile any sketch.

I always found the same error message:

fork/exec packages/zephyr/tools/arm-zephyr-eabi/0.16.8/bin/arm-zephyr-eabi-g++: no such file or directory

Compilation error: fork/exec /home/riska/.arduino15/packages/zephyr/tools/arm-zephyr-eabi/0.16.8/bin/arm-zephyr-eabi-g++: no such file or directory
